As the service provider, we have formulated this Agreement to clarify the conditions and manner under which you may use our services. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us. By completing registration and using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.
Our service platforms include, but are not limited to, mobile applications, official websites, and WeChat official accounts. “Users” refer to natural persons or organizations with full civil capacity that have completed registration. We only provide services to users who are legally eligible and whose accounts have not been banned. We may require you to provide real-name information, contact details, mailing address, and other information for registration and use, and may adjust the required information from time to time in accordance with compliance requirements. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to continue using the services.
You undertake to provide truthful, lawful, and accurate information during the use of our services and to update it promptly. You shall bear all consequences arising from false or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to review registration information and to refuse registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. All actions performed through your account on the platform shall be deemed your true expression of intent. Any security issues or losses resulting from improper account management shall be borne by you.
When using our services, you shall not violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or this Agreement. You shall not register under another person’s name, maliciously disrupt or interfere with the services through technical means, or use our content for commercial purposes, reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works without authorization.
We collect and use your information, including information submitted during registration, IP addresses, cookies, browsing records generated during use, uploaded materials, and other related data. You retain ownership of the information you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and disseminate such information. Our partners may also use relevant information as necessary to provide services.
We undertake not to disclose or leak your non-public information, such as passwords, names, and phone numbers, except under the following circumstances: with your consent; as required by law or judicial authorities; in connection with infringement complaints; as necessary to provide services; or under other lawful circumstances we deem necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate the rules or fail to log in for an extended period (over six months). This Agreement may also be terminated upon your request and our approval. After suspension or termination of services, we have the right, but not the obligation, to retain your account and data.
We are not responsible for the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of content or materials uploaded by users. Services may be interrupted or data may be lost due to network issues, maintenance, or force majeure, and we shall not be liable for any resulting losses. We make no guarantees regarding content, products, or services provided through external links, nor do we bear responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom.
All intellectual property rights related to our services (including designs, code, information, and user data) belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not reverse engineer or modify our applications without authorization. We may collect and use non-personalized aggregated information. You shall bear confidentiality obligations for any non-public information obtained during your use of the services and shall not disclose it except as required by law.
We reserve the right to update or revise this Agreement at any time, and the updated version will be published on this page. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the services; continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If this Agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions, or cyberattacks), either party may terminate the Agreement without liability. Any party in breach shall bear corresponding legal consequences. We reserve the right to take measures such as suspension or restriction against violating users and, where necessary, to refer matters to judicial authorities.
